Introduction
High frequency screen, with main features of high efficiency, small amplitude and high frequency, is the ideal machine for fine particle classification. High frequency screen is widely used in ore dressing like iron, tin, tungsten and niobium.
Applications
High frequency screen is widely used for dry classification, wet classification, grading and dewatering in industrials such as ore dressing, coal dressing, chemicals, brick making, pharmacy, chemical fertilizer, paper making and so on. For ore dressing, high frequency screen is always used in processing minerals such as ferrous metals including hematite, magnetite and nonferrous metals including lead, zinc, gold and silver, etc. This machine works in a re-circulating network with ball mill, which can upgrade the fineness of ferrous and nonferrous metals. Its efficiency is twice as that of spiral classifier.

Structures
High-frequency screen consists of vibrator, ore pulp distributor, screen frame, machine frame, suspension springs and sieve, etc. with a brand new design, high frequency screen has a new structure and the screen is made of nylon or stainless steel.
Nylon Sieve for High Frequency Screen
Advantages
Different from the normal vibrating screen, high frequency screen adopts high frequency, which destroys the slurry surface tension and makes the fine particles vibrating on the sieve with high speed. This enhances the probability of smaller particles to go through the sieve hole, which makes a better classifying condition.
Working Features
1. Installing obliquity is usually 25 ±2°, and can be adjusted according the required particle size.
2. When the obliquity goes near 55°, the size can be 300mesh, and the screening efficiency can be 75%.
3. Screen vibrating parameters are controlled with PC, and can be changed separately. PC control cabinet can be customized.
4. The vibrating drive uses advanced elastic material, which ensures the long-time stable working.
