Active Rotary Kiln for Activated Carbon
Product Description
Rotary kiln can be used for manufacturing all kinds of activated carbon which are mainly made from coconut shell, nut shell, coal, charcoal and sawdust. The product is mainly used in fields of water treatment, air purification, decolorization, refinement, deodorization, metal smelting and it also gains good reputation in the industry of wine, sugar, sewage, MSG and etc.
The general flowchart is drying--carbonization--activatation. More information please contact Clark Dajia.
Activated rotary kiln /limestone rotary kiln/activation rotary kiln is ideal for calcining high-grade cement in cement plants, production process of catalytic agent, molecular sieve and zinc oxide, steel annealing and nonferrous smelting industries, metallurgy and chemistry fields, and building industries, and more.
Rotary kiln is also called a rotary calcine kiln, cement kiln, lime rotary kiln and ceramisite rotary kiln, classifying by material properties.
We can provide kilns with different shapes, including mesh-belt kiln, rotary furnace, tunnel furnace, shuttle kiln, push board kiln, etc.
Features
1. simple structure
2. reliable
3. convenient control of production process
4. few wear parts
Introduction to Different Types
1. Cement rotary kiln is primarily used for calcining cement clinker. It can be divided into dry process rotary kilns and wet process rotary kilns.
2. metallurgy chemical kiln is mainly used for magnetized roasting of lean iron ore, and oxidizing roasting of chrome ore and nickel ore, etc.
3. Lime kiln is applied to roast active lime and dolomite which are commonly used in steel factories and ferroalloy factories.
