Process flow of sand making line

First, stone is evenly fed by vibrating feeder into jaw crusher for primary crushing, then, the coarse crushed materials are transported by the bell conveyor to the second crusher (impact crusher, hammer crusher), the fine crushed materials go into the vibrating screen for classifying the different specification block, and the required granularity stone can be transported to the finished products via belt conveyor. while the other stone is return to the impact crusher by the belt conveyor to be crushed again,it can cycle many times with the close circuit.The finished product granularity can be combined and classified according to customers' special requirement. In order to protect the environment, the dust equipment can be equipped.
