The Process of gravel production line

First of all, river pebbles are transported to the Feeder through the hopper (with pre-screening function),a part of slight river pebbles which have been screened are transported to the transitional hopper by the belt of dispelling impure earth.Whereas,the large river pebbles have to be crushed by jaw crusher,and are transported to transitional hopper after crushing. At this time, the materials are more evener in the transitional hopper.And then these materials will be crushed by hydraulic cone crusher again.After that, the vibrating screen will screen these materials, the larger materials will return hydraulic cone crusher ,and crush further.The finer will be produced sand by the sand maker.After sand making,the larger materials will return the sand maker,and make sand again.The smaller materials will be screened the finished sand by vibrating screen.
