Introduction:

Flotation machine is used for the separation of the nonferrous black metal as well as the separation of the non-metallic materials such as the coal fluorite and the talc.The impeller of the flotation machine is driven by the transmission spinning of the engine triangle to form the centrifugal formation and produce the negative pressure.

Working principle:

When the machine works, the motor drives the impeller to revolve so that the centrifugal effect and negative pressure are produced. On one hand, ample air is absorbed to be mixed with mineral slurry, on the other hand, the mixed mineral slurry is mingled with flotation reagents. Meanwhile, the foams are thinning, the mineral is bounded with foams and floats up to the surface of mineral slurry, thus forming the mineralized foam. The liquid surface can be adjusted with the height of adjustment flashboard so that the useful foams are scraped out.
