Animal Manure Rotary Drier
There are 4 kinds of manure we will talk about here. Horse, cow, chicken and rabbit are the most common types used. There are many ways to compost these manures there is the cold compost style, and the hot compost style. You can make the piles right in the open or make compost bins for a nice look on your place. But if you use our mixing machine for mix the various manure, this can save much more manpower.
Using manure to fertilize your garden or re-make into fertilizer, re-make as fuel, etc. In the production, we must use our rotary dryer for drying and get rid of most of moisture.
Materials are sent to hopper of rotary dryer by belt conveyor or bucket elevator. The barrel is installed with slope to horizontal line. Materials enter the barrel from the higher side, and hot air enters the barrel from the lower side, materials and hot air mix together. Contact with me via skype:gary102884 if need our machine. Materials go to the lower side by gravity when the barrel rotates. Lifters on the inner side of barrel lift materials up and down to make materials and hot air mix completely. So drying efficiency is improved.
