Introduction to Cement Grinding Ball Mill Machine
Cement grinding ball mill is also called ball mill machine, ball milling machine, limestone ball grinding machine and ore ball grinder.
Cement grinding ball mill is the key equipment to grind all kinds of ores and other materials, such as coal, lime, cement, silica sand, iron ore, gold ore, glass and ceramics, which is widely used in powder-making production line including cement, silicate, new-type building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ore dressing of ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal, glass ceramics, etc.
Cement grinding ball mill consists of feed & discharge parts, rotary shell, transmission part and other major components. Hollow shaft is with steel parts, lining is removable. Rotary gear adopts casting hobbing, and the tube body is with resisting liner.
Ball mill is an efficient machine for fine powder grinding and key equipment for grinding after the crushing process. There are two ways of ball mill grinding: the dry way and the wet way.

Working Principle of Ball Mill
Ball mill is a horizontal rotating device transmitted by the outer gear. The materials are transferred to the grinding chamber through the quill shaft uniformly. There are ladder liner and ripple liner and different specifications of steel balls in the chamber. The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the steel balls to a certain height and impact and grind the materials. The ground materials are discharged through the discharging board thus the grinding process is finished.
