Introduction:

The 100T/H Limestone production line has a good selling at home and abroad,our company has many year experience about designing and producing the limestone crushing production line.This line mainly includes vibrating feeder (ZSW-960x3800) ,jaw crusher (PEF600x900) ,impact crusher (PF1214) ,vibrating screen(2YK1860) and belt conveyor(B Series).According to the real situation, If you have special requirement,we can meet it.

Basic process flow:

The big rock material is smoothly feeding into the jaw crusher in order to realize the crushing process in the cabinet by the feeding cabinet, and the crushed material will be entered into the impact crusher in order to be crushed deeply by the belt conveyor, the crushed material is screened by the vibrating screen in order to screen the different size sand in order to satisfy the requirement of customers on the all kinds of industries; and those unqualified material will be entered into the impact crusher the second time in order to realize the purpose of perfect crushing which is also useful to create closed cycle. And the granularity of finished product can be combined and classified according to different demanding of the customers in order to protect environment and assist the mining machine which is used to get rid of the dust.

The Machine and Process:

1.Vibrating Feeder(ZSW-960x3800)

The machine will feed the big material into the jaw crusher.

2.Jaw Crusher(PEF600x900)

The crushing mahcine can crush the big stone firstly.

3.Impact Crusher(PF1214)

The crushing machine will crush the material from out of the jaw crusher deeply and get more fine material.

4.Vibrating Screen(2YK1860)

The screening machine will screen the broken material,the fine material will be separated from the big materials,and the big material will be crushed again.At last,we will get the final product.

5.Belt Conveyor(B series)

For the conveying machine,we will design and according to the actual demand.
