Introduction

100-500TPD cement plant is a new type dry process cement production line and is a kind of process used for all kinds of cement plants. Its preheater employs outside kiln precalciner. Capable of utilizing the waste heat from kiln inlet to decompose raw meal, this line is good at saving electricity and heat. Its closed production line makes it possible to reduce its ambient dust pollution to less than 50mg/Nm³. Besides, its capacity to make use waste heat makes it quite cost efficient for users.

Cement production line mainly including crusher machine, ball mill, rotary kiln, roller, vertical mill and other cement equipment.

Cement production mainly has following steps:
1. Raw materials crushing by crusher machine
2. Crushed materials grinding by ball mill
3. Materials enter into rotary kiln after pre-heater in cyclone tube
4. Materials mix other chemical material according to cement quality to grind
5. Cement storage and transportation
